Our 2023 seniors earned over $2 million in scholarships!
Katie recently graduated from Florida State University as a dance major. She was a member of the Tallahassee Ballet while taking a full load of classes each semester, and has been a guest artist in several ballet company performances here in Delaware!
Katie was selected to perform in pieces staged by Suzanne Farrell, did a 6-week study in Paris and New York City, working with various companies and teachers and making amazing connections! Katie lives in New York City.
Molly is pursuing a degree in Art Education with a dance minor at Seton Hill University.
She also teaches local students in the Seton Art Scholars program, groups of students on Saturdays at schools where they don't have art, music, or dance programs They have done 3D aluminum foil sculptures and Picasso Cubism portraits! Molly will be working with our summer camp students at DelArts this summer!
Peyton has been a proud member of the Philadelphia 76ers Dance Team since 2021, and recently took a full time job in the food service industry with Priority1Logistics and Distrubution. She has also danced for the Philadelphia Wings and Philadelphia Soul! She is a graduate of Temple University.
Marissa recently finished her second contract onboard Holland America's newest ship, Rotterdam, with the StepOne Dance Company, where she served as Dance Captain and as a dancer in the production show cast.
She also performed in the first national US tour of "The Thorn."
Abigail Cowan recently graduated from Point Park University with a BFA from the Conservatory of Performing Arts with Jazz Concentration. She is also a Dual Minor in Social Justice Studies and Sports Arts Entertainment Management. She made Deans List (@semester 4yr) and was the President of PPU Tap Club.
Abigail was a featured tap dancer in the national tour of "Tappin' Thru Life" starring Maurice Hines and has also worked professionally on a number of projects for stage, film, and Netflix.
Madison spent several years dancing in "Celtic Fyre" at Busch Gardens Williamsburg where she met and recently married world-champion Irish dancer, Tyler Schwartz.
She is part of a tap and Irish dance duo called "Reel Rhythm" with Tyler and they've been teaching all over the world and were a featured part of an Irish dance show in Asia!
Madison has performed in a variety of regional theaters, as well, most recently in "White Christmas" in Illinois. She has danced for Norwegian Cruise Lines and appeared in the off-Broadway debut, "Midsummer - A Shakespearience," where she played Peaseblossom, dancing
Jason Samuel Smith's choreography.
She has also been on faculty at DelArts.
Jillian is in her 2nd year with American Repertory Ballet, where she was just promoted from Trainee to their Company! With ARB, she has performed in "The Nutcracker," as well as Ethan Stiefel and Johan Kobborg's "Giselle," and "Classic Beauty."
She had her first performance as a company member in early April in "Of Swans and Variants" and performed in Ethan Stiefel's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" this past May!
Jillian has also been working with several DelArts dancers as a choreographer for our competition teams, and her solo pieces have won numerous awards this year!
While dancing full-time, Jillian is also studying online for her Bachelor's!
Kirsten just started her Senior year at Point Park University, where she is a Dance BFA student with a Jazz Concentration.
At PPU, Kirsten is an Apprentice for Recruitment in the Conservatory of Performing Arts and has been fortunate enough to perform works by Kiki Lucas, Crystal Frazier, Penny Aunders, Maud Arnold, Marc Spaulding, and George Balanchine.
As an alum of the Grier School, Kirsten has enjoyed going back to her alma mater and teaching and leading the Dance Intensive Program for the Grier Summer School Program!
Sydney is currently studying Marketing Management at Missouri State University, where she has also studied Musical Theatre.
She has participated in a number of performances in Missouri, from musicals like "Brigadoon" at MSU and "Pippin" at Springfield Little Theatre to MSU Dance Concerts, where she performed in a Fosse piece as well as a tap dance based on the art of Edward Hopper.
Ben graduated from MOT Charter as a theatre major, and just started his second year at Point Park University, where he's working towards his BFA in dance! During his Freshman year, Ben was danced in every dance performance and is cast in all of the choreography pieces for his Sophomore year.
At DelArts, Ben has been featured in Snow Queen as Kai, Raccoon Bandit, Enchanter, Prince, and Gypsy Boy, after helping to create some very important skunk choreography (IYKYK). He was also a Ballet, Tap, and Contemporary Company member for several years.
Grace has danced at DelArts since she was a tiny child and she is studying Integrated Neurology at UD!
With almost $500,000 in scholarship offers from 8 schools, she had her pick of amazing programs!

Gabby is a graduate of Newark Charter School and is headed to the University of Delaware, where she will study psychology on a pre-med track!
She has been a company and team member, and we are so proud of her accomplishments and growth!

Jillian Kramarck is in the Trainee Program at American Repertory Ballet.
Jillian was accepted to 14 Marine Biology programs including University of Miami, University of Tampa, Boston University, UNC Wilmington, Florida Southern, and the University of Delaware.
She as offered contracts or trainee offers from University of Miami, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Texas Ballet Theatre, Florida Ballet, Charlotte Ballet, Nashville Ballet, St. Louis Ballet, Rochester City Ballet, and more!
Paige was accepted to 18 Dance Programs as well as 2 direct-admit Nursing Programs!
Paige was awarded significant academic and dance talent scholarships at schools including Point Park University, DeSales University, Drexel University, University of the Arts, and Elon University.
Carson Russo is attending Point Park University in Pittsburgh where he is pursuing his BFA in Dance.
Carson was offered almost $130,000 in scholarships!
Kendall Scott is attending NYU Tisch School of the Arts, where she is a Theatre major.
Kendall was accepted to both Acting and/or Musical Theatre Majors at Pace University, Hofstra University, Emerson College, DeSales University, Howard University, and the University of Delaware.
Kendall was offered over $720,000 in talent and academic scholarships!
